Please read the following before requesting a quote or making an inquiry.

●About the content of your inquiry
・As we have fixed purchase channels from overseas, we do not accept sales requests from any other company.
・We are looking for orders from you from 1 piece to 500 pieces/lot.
・Our sales targets are limited to physical stores, so we are unable to provide shipping services.

●About drawings
1. If you have the blueprints.
・For blueprints, please attach DXF/DWG files or clear image files (TIF.GIF.JPG.PDF.BMP) to the email so that we can provide an accurate estimate.
*In particular, it is better to contact us separately for important information such as dimensions and tolerances, as it will be less error-prone and more reliable.

The blueprints and specifications you send us will not be shown to other companies. But may be shown to outsourced or affiliated factories when making estimates or mold production. Please understand that.

2. If there are no blueprints
・Please send us the drafts or photos with approximate dimensions.
・Blueprints are the prerequisites for sample production and mass production. Accordingly, we will generate blueprints derived from the drafts or photos you have provided.
In this case, a design fee may be charged.
In addition, the copyright of the blueprint shall belong to our company.

●About samples
・If you request a sample, we will provide the estimated cost of the sample production.
However, if we receive an order for a mass production, we may give you a discount on the samples fee.
・If you request multiple samples of the same product, we may need to manufacture molds, jigs, etc. In that case, we will estimate the sample cost as well as the mold and jig cost.
・We may not be able to give you a quote until the samples has been produced.
In that case, we may provide you with an estimate for the samples fee before quoting the product.

●About reply
・We may not be able to respond immediately to your order or response due to the following reasons.
: If our company requires special materials or specific processing methods.
: If the person in charge is on a business trip, or generally away.
・If your request is urgent, please write "Urgent" at the beginning of the subject line. We'll get back to you as fast as we can.
●About payment methods
Please use T/T remittance or L/C payment for payment.
